Louis Pommery Rosé
Created in an assemblage method, our Rosé looks to capture the vibrant red fruit aromas of Pinot Noir, marrying them with the finesse of Chardonnay, the structure of Pinot Meunier and the texture offered by Pinot Gris.
Pinot Noir, clone 777, from our south-facing Adonis Block is grown and vinified as a premium red wine component, 8% of the blend, providing aromatic complexity and contributing to the wine’s beautiful salmon pink hue.
Crafted from our home vineyard in Hampshire, Pinglestone Estate, which enjoys vantage points over the stunning South Downs National Park and the pristine waters of the River Itchen and the River Arle.
Regenerative farming is practiced, with a strong commitment to ecological sensitivity and biodiversity.
