Louis Pommery Brut

Crafted from our home vineyard in Hampshire, Pinglestone Estate, overlooking the beautiful South Downs National Park and the confluence of the River Itchen and the chalk streams of the Arle.

35-hectares of vineyards, comprising 29 individual blocks, are planted on an incredible 360° compass. This wine offers a unique snapshot of the diverse and distinct personalities that our vineyard tapestry affords us.

Regenerative farming practices are implemented, with agroecology as the philosophical approach.

Produced by traditional method, this is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris. Chardonnay brings refined elegance and finesse, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier provide depth and complexity, and Pinot Gris contributes texture.
